Easy to communicate with over the phone and was clear about the work and cost. Understood the problem and promptly arrived as arranged and fitted a new lock reusing the old barrel (as this was a few months old and it would have been costly to replace all the keys). Feedback from the tenents was very positive. Would use his services again should we need to.

Paul was a pleasure to deal with. He came highly recommended by our neighbours and travelled far to come even though he doesn’t work in this area anymore. Lock was fixed instantly. Replies were prompt. I would 100% recommend & will look to use in the future if required.

My front door lock became unresponsive and Paul replaced the lock and realigned the door mechanism. He was extremely professional and explained the process as he went along. I can highly commend Paul as an honest and forthright trader and will certainly pass his details to friends and colleagues should they need a locksmith.
