Our Story & Standards

WG Locksmiths was founded by Paul, who began his professional locksmith training through the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA). Starting his career in Crystal Palace, Paul eventually established the business in Beckenham, where it remains proudly based today. As the company has grown over the last ten years, our core values remain the same: every customer benefits from an honest, customer-first approach.

For your complete peace of mind, we guarantee:

• Fully Vetted Professionals: We are strictly DBS checked and fully insured.
• Transparent Pricing: We offer free surveys and estimates. We do not charge hidden hourly rates, and we have absolutely zero call-out charges.
• Long-Term Security: Our goal isn’t simply to solve today’s problem. We recommend solutions that genuinely improve your long-term security, rather than simply replacing broken products.

Areas We Cover

We are proudly based in Beckenham and provide rapid, top-notch mobile locksmith services across our core areas: Beckenham, Bromley, Crystal Palace, and Sydenham.

We also cover the wider South East London and surrounding borders, including: Addiscombe, Anerley, Chislehurst, Dulwich, Eden Park, Elmers End, Forest Hill, Hayes, Norwood, Orpington, Shirley, West Wickham, Balham, Bickley, Caterham, Clapham, Croydon, Downham, Honor Oak, Kenley, Keston, Oxted, Penge, Purley, and Warlingham.

Products

As a local business, we do not stray from tradition and offer proffessional installation of a full range of British standard locks, traditional locks, multipoints & upvc locks. At the same time, we are aware of our customers’ changing needs in the rapidly changing world. Being able to keep an eye on what is going on in your property or access it without the need of a key is not only convenient but also allows you to maximize your sense of security. Investing in additional security does not have to be associated with huge costs. Today, smart security solutions are the basic equipment of rental apartments. At WG Locksmiths, apart from a huge range of traditional locks from leading companies, we offer electronic locks and smart locks as well as smart alarms, smart cameras, smart CCTV and video doorbells.

It is estimated that up to half of burglaries start with breaking through the front door, which is why placing monitoring at strategic points is in many cases crucial to significantly increase security. It is no longer necessary to leave the keys in the safes or, worse, show up in the rented apartment and wait for the guests. The solutions we offer completely solve this problem, and what’s more, thanks to the integration with the Airbnb or Booking.com platform, they simplify the rental process to an absolute minimum. Digital locks and wireless access control systems are also growingly popular among private individuals and companies in our area, so if you need a professional locksmith in Crystal Palace, Beckenham or Bromley to install and maintain smart security systems, install traditional locks or find solutions for garage and gates security, just give us a call.
